Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Operating Room experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Alaska license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

CNOR (Preferred)

Additional Details:

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Experience Needed: Ortho, Total Joints, Neuro, Robotics.

( possibly 15 call shifts per month. Call will vary from one month to the next. Typically it is 5-6 shifts every 4 weeks)

On call is required*

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Patient advocate as circulator while being a resource for the sterile field

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Experience as circulator

· Experience as Scrub

Dress Code:

· Scrubs provided by facility

Weekends and On call(if any)

· Weekend position needed. If staff member works during the week, they are required to take call as stated above
