Requirements
Experience
24 months of Pediatric Physical Therapy experience is required.
Experience with Epic is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Day shift, Monday - Friday.
40 guaranteed hours
The Pediatrics Rehab Center is closed on the weekends and all major holidays.
At least two years of current experience with pediatrics rehab is required as this PT will cover an existing caseload of 48 patients.
Candidates with multiple days of RTO requests will be low priority candidates. Start date of no later than 2/17/25 is needed
