Additional Details:

Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Clinician to patient Ratios 1:40

Job Duties • Monitors cardiac rhythms and/or O2 sats

Will work with travelers on scheduling, but ask travelers to be flexible and fill gaps in permanent scheduling

Weekend Requirement: Minimum 5 weekend shifts in a 6 week schedule

Holiday Requirement Yes – travelers fill in needs

Will float to like units and Med/Surg at times. May also float to Boise Medical Center and Nampa Medical Center to like units and MedSurg if needed. May also float to ICU if experienced

Floating Notice: Goal is for a 2 hr notice prior to shift start if being asked to float to another facility, however, staff/travelers may be asked to float mid-shift when necessary. Floating is done on a rotational basis.
