Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Pharmacy experience is required.

3 months of experience with Meditech is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

There is no shift differential for AM/PM.

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Vancomycin, aminoglycoside, warfarin, heparin dosing

· Medication order verifications

· IV product verifications

· Renal Dose adjustments, IV to PO Conversions

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Critical Care Experience
