Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

6 months of Neurology Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Shift notes: 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, 2 out of 3 major holidays

Medical Solutions Pre-Screens and manager will call for a 2nd interview or offer off of notes and profile.

Level i trauma experience required

Basic Dysrhythmia Exam Required PRIOR to sending the contract, 2 attempts, if failed, candidate is DNU with CS AZ and Sacramento for 6 months

RN with strong MedSurg experience required.

Scrub Color: Slate grey.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: 90% neuro population, low stimulation area, TBI, brain tumor resection, CVA, lung transplant, liver transplant.

Nurses need to be comfortable with high level of communication and personal involvement with patients and family. Partnership of care. Acute MedSurg care (IV therapy, wounds, etc.)
