Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
12 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Patient population: Dysrhythmias, Cardiopulmonary, Sepsis, high flow O2 needs, and behavior patients needing IV drip medications

We have an educator on our unit that works very close with staff

Type of medication drips: dopamine, levophed, cardizem, heparin, precedex, nitro, amio, dobutamine, Nicardine

Could work up to every other weekend

Throughput is high as expected with all step down units
