Travel Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit

Additional Details:

Nicotine free campus. Must test negative.

No Self Scheduling. Schedule is manager/scheduler driven and every other weekend is required. No on call; holidays are required, as needed.

Floating is required within the ICU cluster (NICU, PICU, Burn PICU). Travelers are first to float.

Nurse/Patient Ratios: 1:1 for ICU, 1:2-3 for Intermediate

Patient population (diagnoses): All congenital heart defects, heart failure, cardiac transplant, dysrhythmias, CRRT (not usually assigned to travelers), PD, etc. Unit will soon have VAD and Impella. No balloon pumps in the unit. ECMO experience preferred. Unit uses intracardiac lines.

Must pass fit test (no facial hair unless for religious beliefs).

3 days or less RTO (NO HOLLIDAY RTO)
