Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

22 months of Oncology Clinic experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Additional Information

Additional Details:

Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

(8s & 10s) Schedule to be discussed/determined in interview.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required.

Patient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics

Schedule: No set/blocked scheduling. Self-schedule requests accepted to accommodate preferred schedules before finalizing.

Orientation: First week: Mon-Fri dayshift. Second week: 36 hours of on-unit orientation with a preceptor.

Skills Required: • IV Therapy/Infusions • Neutropenic precautions • Interpretation of dysrhythmias • Tracheostomy care/management • Radiation safety precautions • Wound Care • Symptom management

Former employees are eligible for a travel assignment once they have been away from the facility for 6 months or more.
