Former perm employees must be separated from any CHS facility for at least 6 months
All RNs are expected to float to their capacities in their hospitals, IMCU can float to M/S, ICU can float to IMCU, M/S can float M/S units. Be prepared to float based on census and acuity. Some IMCU may float to ER Hold
Registry Float Positions for Community Foundation of Northern Indiana candidates will be required to float to all 3 facilities (CH, SCH and SMH)
