Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required from any number of months.
6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 6 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Weekend: Every other weekend

On-Call: No

Will not accommodate block schedule

Dress Code: Scrubs - Royal Blue

RTO must be on submission

No holiday RTO

Former perm employees must be separated from any CHS facility for at least 6 months

All RNs are expected to float to their capacities in their hospitals, IMCU can float to M/S, ICU can float to IMCU, M/S can float M/S units. Be prepared to float based on census and acuity. Some IMCU may float to ER Hold

Registry Float Positions for Community Foundation of Northern Indiana candidates will be required to float to all 3 facilities (CH, SCH and SMH)

References: Supervisors or charge nurses are acceptable
