24 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Required:

2 years experience working as a RN in Outpatient Dialysis

Alliance, NE does not have Uber or Lyft services and traveler will need their own reliable transportation for the assignment

Patient volume stays consistent with an average of 17-20 patients receiving outpatient hemodialysis during the week

Scheduling:

Shifts are 3 - 10 hour days and 1 - 6 hour day per week. The 10 hour days are 4:30am-3:00pm and 6 hour day is 4:30am-11:00am.

The department is staffed Monday-Saturday and RN will work 2 (maybe 3) Saturdays per month. The Saturday shift is always 4:30am-11:00am.

The staff has off Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day and may work the prior Sunday if applicable.

Will rotate other holidays, or staff typically works it out amongst themselves.

No on call required.

Dress Code: Scrubs - Navy Blue

Orientation: Held every Wednesday, consisting of three days of classroom orientation and one shift with preceptor in the department.

The RN will follow LPN/Tech to become familiar with department and will orient with Charge RN as well

Both references must be from supervisors and from two different facilities
