Experience
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Comments: Minimum 1 call shift (7p-7a) per week, in addition to call on scheduled weekend (Sat 7p-7a and Sun 7a-7a)
All travelers will need to float to all floors at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, Iowa Lutheran Hospital and Methodist West
