Requirements
Experience
12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Scheduling: Expected to work every other weekend, every other holiday where applicable.

Block booking and Schedule patterns are based on department needs.

36 guaranteed hours.

Education: High School Diploma/ GED.

Education: BSN.

Experience: Experience as an RN in a rehab care setting.

Other Skills/ Knowledge: Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency.

Works at the highest level of licensure by providing qualiy competent care, following best practice standards, working to achieve care goals and qualify outcomes, and following the standards of care set by the state board of nursing.
