Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
24 months of Case Management experience is required from any number of months.
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Additional Details:

Acute case manager experience required.

Would consider 4x10 for right candidate.
