Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Louisiana license or compact license

Additional Details:

Type of equipment – IV pumps, Wound Vacs, SCD pumps, Kangaroo Pumps, Chest Tubes, Telemetry, PCA pumps, Bipaps, Epidurals.

Must have: -Med-Surg Experience.

Floating Area(s): -6A, 3A, 3South, 4South.

Dress Code: -Ceil Blue scrubs, no sweatshirts, no crocs.

Weekends and On call(if any) -Every other weekend shifts.

On Call when Census is low.

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.
