Requirements

Experience

3 months of travel experience is required.

24 months of Home Health experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Mexico license or compact license

Additional Details:

Travelers must have a permanent address outside of the 75 mile straight line radius of intended facility, not driving distance.

Anyone granted a covid vaccine exemption must comply with weekly testing and proof of a negative COVID-19 test.

Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.

BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.

Shift: 8 hours (or plus) varied - starts at 8am - May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. One 8 hour on call shift required per 6 weeks. Weekday and rotate weekends and holidays may be required. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. Approximately 5 to 6 home visits per day.

No holiday RTO will be approved for travelers.
