Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required from last 2 years.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Shift Notes: Mon - Fri (8 Hour Days) / No Call 35 GWW, Will float to Aspen facility if needed.
