Travel Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Please DO NOT submit if you are unwilling to meet the possible floating obligation. Floating: PLEASE READ - Cook has the ability to request that any clinician float outside of their “home” facility as long as the floating does not exceed 50 miles. Travelers may receive notification to float 2 hours before their shift. If your clinician refuses to float, they will be subject to cancelation. There are no home units. Your clinician could be floated to a variety of units if needed.

No Block Scheduling Allowed

Sub requirements - Resume, Cover, Skills, PSV.

Required Experience - Level 1 Trauma Experience

RN must scrub and circulate

Experience in: Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, General Surgery

RN Preferred Experience - Experience in: Neurosurgery (crani and spine), Open Heart/Thoracic, Ophthalmology, ENT, Bariatric and Gynecology

On Call Required- One 12 hour shift a month on a Saturday or Sunday, 7A-7P or 7P-7A.

There is no week-day call.

RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutives. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
