Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Guaranteed Hours 36

Shift: D/N - EOW, EOH

Floating to over units/departments: Home unit 5SE but can float to any med/surg unit on any campus.

Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: 47 bed department

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 5:1 day shift and 6:1 night shift

Experience working in larger hospital (200 beds min), level 2 or higher trauma center

Surgical oncology experience preferred.

Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs
