24 months of role experience is required.
24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Weekend Requirements Every other weekend

Holiday Requirements Rotate with permanent staff

Floating Requirements In rotation to med/surg/tele 1:5, telemetry 1:4-5, ED boarding, PCU 1:3-4

First to Float - Float Notes SANH: Region I: Primary to St Anne Hospital, but if needed, travelers will be required to float throughout Region One: St. Francis Hospital – Federal Way, WA; Virginia Mason Medical Center – Seattle, WA; St. Anne Hospital – Burien, WA.

Beds 10 ICU 21 PCU

Nurse Patient Ratios 2:1 ICU, 3:1 PCU (in normal circumstances) 3:1 ICU and 4:1 PCU Stretch

Common diagnoses/Types of patients COVID, Respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, sepsis, DKA

Experience or 'Must have' skills ventilated patients, Cath lab recovery, therapeutic hypothermia

Are RNs required to titrate drips? Yes - Common titratable &/or set rate drips Sedation (i.e. Propofol, versed, fentanyl, precedex); pressors (i.e. Levophed, epinephrine, vasopressin, dopamine, dobutamine); diuretics such as Bumex; insulin; Amiodarone

Scrub Color/Dress Code no set scrub color, may wear any colored professional scrubs.
