Experience

36 months of Ambulatory Clinic experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
