Every 3rd weekend.
Level III trauma - Stroke and STEMI certified, adult/pediatric combined ER
Will be expected to float to a free-standing 14-bed ER as needed. Same resources, same requirements. Will not float mid-shift. ER is 8 miles, a 5–10-minute drive away.

RTO – 10 days or less (outside of holidays), requires facility approval
Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer
