Requirements

Experience

18 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Pediatric Emergency Department experience is preferred.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

License

Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license

Vaccinations

No Block Scheduling requests

Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required.

"Required Skills & Experience: -Demonstrated level of performance and practice is required. -Must have ED experience within the past six months. -Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. -Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. -Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

This is a fast-pace, high patient acuity Pediatric Emergency Department. Pediatric Emergency Department can reach up to 80 Patient Volume ED/per day.

Float Requirements- float within department- ED Adult, Peds, IMC.
