Requirements

Experience

Travel experience is required.

36 months of Social Work experience is preferred.

Experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Masters Degree from a graduate school of Social Work accredited by Council on Social Work required.

Current CA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license. Current CA Children Services (CCS) Paneling.

Experience in management of difficult patient, family and staff situations. Must have inpatient acute hospital experience.

No home visits will be required for this position.

RTO - required at submission. NO RTO accepted after submission. Max. 7 days.
