Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Please describe briefly what this person will be expected to do: Lead and direct a nursing department in a skilled nursing facility with 3 LTC neighborhoods of 60 residents and a short stay rehab unit with 15 beds.

What knowledge, skills, or certifications does this contractor need (ICD10 coding, etc.)? Strong clinical knowledge in a LTC setting, Matrix EMR experience, leadership skills, creating accountability.

Education Experience Licensure Certification: Registered Nurse (RN) required; BSN preferred. Two years’ experience as a director of nursing in long term care. Prior experience with Good Samaritan is a plus.
