Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license

Thoracic/Vascular Intermediate PCU

Specialty: Intermediate Thoracic/Vascular Surgery

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Every other weekend

Call Requirements: None

Float Requirements: Yes – Any PCU or Med Surg

Must Have Skills/Experience: Cardiac GTTS, Telemetry

Preferred Skillset/Experience: Chest Tube experience and Post Op Surgery experience

Type of Patients on Unit: Post Op patients, Cardiac patients and some overflow

Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue top and black or galaxy blue bottoms
