Guaranteed Hours 32

Schedule: Monday - Friday + call once/twice a week 1515-0645; occasionally (once every 6 weeks) M-F 1500-2330 or 0900-1730; occasionally (once every 13 weeks) Sat/Sun 0700-1930. Will also cover wknd call approx. every 3rd/4th wknd Fri 1515-Mon 0645, rotating holidays

What is call response time? 15 minutes, 8 hour reprieve shifts for post call, sleep room available - housing should also be available nearby to make call

Floating Requirements: MUST be willing to float to cross train to other specialty cases if needed to be second scrub. MUST be willing to float to the floor as a 1:1 sitter (and will get train that day)

Suites: 12 ORs, 1 Endo Suite, 1 Cysto Suite

Common Cases: ortho neuro total joints(hips, knees, shoulders), sports medicine, arthroscopies, neuro-spinal fusions, cervical and lumbar cases, micro discs, cranis, and no awake large neuro cases

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must have 1 year of Ortho/Neuro OR experience. ortho, neuro, total joints (knees, hips, shoulders, ankles), sports medicine, arthroscopies, neuro-spinal fusions, cervical and lumbar fusions, micro discs, cranis, and no awake large neuro cases

Candidates must be proficient in Ortho/Neuro

Certifications Required: CST or NCCT, ND UAP

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
