Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Outpatient Clinic experience is required from last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Outpatient Internal Medicine experience or Outpatient Primary Care experience preferred
