Additional Details:

Cath Lab + IR Experience Required

IDPH Permit Required - may be obtained

Shift: Monday - Friday, days between 0600 and 1630.

Call 1530-0700 two nights/week and 0700-0700 every third weekend. Weekend call is F-Sa-Su.

We must know if traveler is previous Mercy employee with sub.

RTO – 10 days or less (outside of holidays), requires facility approval.

Candidates will float within hospital when needed.

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer.

Labs must be completed within 48 hours of booking assignment – completed no later than 5 business days
