Requirements

Experience

12 months of travel experience is required.

12 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

NIHSS (Required)

Additional Details:

Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend Required

Holidays Requirements: Required based on unit needs Will need Christmas Eve/Day & New Years Eve/Day Coverage

On-Call Requirements: None

Floating Requirements: Will be expected to float to ICU and all inpatient units- Med/surge, Med/tele, Acute/tele, and ED with prior experience

300-bed acute care hospital facility

Must have experience with; Chest tubes, POD 1 hearts, Bi-paps, TAVRs, Temp pacers, Insulin drips, cardene drip, & acute stroke management.
