Guaranteed Hours 40 hours per week

Clinic hours starting January 6th 2025 will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:30 AM to 4 PM. Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 AM to 6 PM.

of patients treated per day: 8-12, average is around 10 typically 1 eval a day but this can change if schedule is light.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: This clinic is mostly Ortho, there will occasionally be some higher level neuro patients Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? This is an outpatient clinic.

Holiday Requirements: The clinic is closed most major holidays but may be open on minor holidays.

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs are allowed, we use a Teal color. Otherwise a business uniform is allowed. See attached dress code for more details.
