Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
24 months of Long Term Care experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Minnesota license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:
Guaranteed Hours Work Week: 40
- On Call/Call Back Requirements: Every third weekend
- Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Not unless on call
- Required Certifications: MN RN/LPN - Infection control training supplied by GUN (online)
Scrub Colors: work appropriate solids or prints
Candidate must start medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or 24 hours for a quick start
