Requirements
Experience
12 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:
Weekends On Request.
Familiar with Fresenius, T machines and Centurion ROs.
Must be proficient in peritoneal dialysis.
PD experience with Liberty Cycler preferred by not required.
Must be available to work the following; 6:00 a.m. to finish, Monday, Wednesday & Friday & Staff are scheduled on-call by the week.
