Requirements

Experience

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required from last 2 years.

Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed

Will float to other Units between Acute Rehab/Acute Med Surg

May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse

Charge RN experience required

Requested time off during the course of this assignment

This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
