Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Case Management experience is required.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Mississippi license or compact license

ACM (Accredited Case Manager)

C-SWCM (Certified Social Work Case Manager)

CBHCM (Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager) CCM preferred but not required

Prefer RN, BSN

Experience or 'Must have' skills Must be RN Case manager with Acute Care Management experience with previous experience in large academic Medical Center hospital UMMC is the only level 1 trauma hospital in the state so will receive a variety of complex patients and those with no other hospital options.

Department Specific Orientation 2 weeks (will include general facility orientation) Will work alongside CM team so will never be working alone.
