Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

Travel experience is preferred.

12 months of Case Management experience is required.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a South Carolina license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

CCM (Preferred)

Proof of Identification

Driver's license required

Additional Details:

Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees.

Scheduling requirements: M-F – weekend rotation PRN

Floating policy: within hospital units

Requested Skill Set: Acute Hospital Case Management.

Certifications Required: CCM or ACM preferred but not required

Dress Code: (Required uniform) -Business Casual.
