Director Of Nursing
The ideal candidate is a local that has a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2-5 years in a management role.
Scrub Color: No preference
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 – 5:00 (Flexibility to adjust hours).
There are occasions that may cause later hours in the evening such as assisting with occasional events. This position reports to our hospital Board monthly. There are occasions where this position has to pick up vacancies on the floor (day or night shift) if census warrants and it can’t be filled. Then those hours can be flexed if necessary.
PALS is required after 1 year but it would not prevent this position being hired. This position is required to be available to nursing at any time.
