12 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required.

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: RN 36

Weekend Hours: every other weekend rotation

Call Requirements: must call in as soon as possible or 3 hours before shift starts

Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Rehab

Must Have Skills/Experience: rehab, med surg

Preferred Skillset/Experience: rehab, med surg, skilled nursing

Required Education: HS diploma
