Requirements
Experience
24 months of Wound / Ostomy Care experience is required.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Education: BSN required

Unit Specific Skillset: Has had wound and ostomy experience as part of a team, is able to independently assess and manage wounds and ostomies as per policy

Primary cases/Procedure types: Pressure injuries, surgical wounds, diaper rash, ostomies, other wounds such as skin tears, rashes, etc.

Scrub requirement/Uniform: any professional scrubs
