Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).
24 hours guaranteed.

On Call Requirements: On call schedule to be determined by facility
All RTO should be listed on the cover page.
Minimum 24 months of current Level I Trauma ICU experience - required
MICU experience required. Must have previous continuous ICU experience for the last 4 years - required
May float to the other ICU units as needed, NSICU, CVICU and STICU - required
No Nursys Hits - required
Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays.
Cannot apply with stipulations limiting scheduling: weekends only, block scheduling, etc.
Only 1 Holiday RTO will be accepted. This includes: Thanksgiving (11/28 - 11/29), Christmas (12/24-12/25), and New Years (12/31-1/1).
