Requirements

Experience

24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission

PEDS RRT

Note: must have worked pediatric or neonatal critical care, preferred if worked at a children's hospital not a unit within an adult hospital

Level 3 and 4 NICU exp preferred

Float requirements – all travelers will float to competent units

Return Staff Policy – Akron will consider prior employees to return as travelers as long as they are not currently active employees
