12 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references in order to be considered for this role
License

Additional Details:
Will not accept clinicians who live within 50 miles of the Riedman Campus (100 Kings Highway South Rochester, NY).
40 guaranteed hours.
F/T Dialysis LPN.
Shift: M-F must be flexible to work between said hours.
Sat- Rotating weekends.
Sun- Occasional due to holiday.
Float as needed to other dialysis locations.
