Requirements

Experience

24 months of Infection Control experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license

Shift: Monday to Friday

Guaranteed Hours: 40

On-Call: Yes; On call for one week every 6-8 weeks for evening/weekend

Evenings and weekend call

Will be covering Cape Coral and Healthpark Medical Center campuses, depending on where need is at the time of shift.

Level of Care is ICU, PCU, MS, Telemetry.

Patient Population: Adults and OB, no peds.

Business Casual dress code

Floating: Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well.

All RTO or schedule requests must be on submission.

HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission.
