Experience
18 months of Oncology Unit experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Arkansas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Position Description: Oncology Float Pool.

Every other weekend required.

The chemo certified RNs will only be working on our oncology units, but units will vary on staffing (E7, F7, H7)

They use EPIC EMR at this facility

Required Upon Submission: Chemo Cert in profile. Manager will interview and offer.

Dress Code Scrubs/color: Royal blue Shoes: No open toe or crocs Jewelry: Within reason. No tongue piercing. Nail Polish: no lacquer or fake nails. Hair/Beard: Long hair must be up.

Scheduling: Float pool will be based out of the staffing office.

Travelers will get a call/text to be notified of unit they will be working for upcoming shift.

Call Requirements: No Holiday Requirements: 2 Major

Patient Population (Diagnoses): ESRD-Hemodialysis, Cystic Fibrosis, HIV, COPD, CHF, Liver Failure, Sepsis, Osteomyelitis, CVA.

Nurses can take progressive patients at a lower staffing ratio of 3:1. Progressive care patients require nursing interventions every two hours.
