Experience
24 months of Utilization Review experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Oregon license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Guaranteed Hours* 36 hours per week

Will be asked to float as needed.

Temp license available for non-OR RN

Guaranteed hours do not apply to the first work week

General job duties. Types of procedures required.
Perform discharge planning for patient to the next level of care and criteria review for admit

Preferred CCM or ACM

Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) The person would not be alone but my staff does weekends.

Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) Resource Management covers all med/surg units alone with critical care and ED

Dress Code: business casual or scrubs

Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. depending on the individual we generally do 1 week orientation with a staff member as a traveler.
