B.S. in Physical Therapy,

Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.

Will evaluate plans and implement programs in accordance with indicated procedures.

Specific goals for patient treatment by appropriately collaborating with other health care personnel and the patients; prepare and maintain notes and discharge records in a timely manner; attend designated clinics, rounds, and conferences, and render patient information; participate in educational programs for staff members, students, volunteers, and other professional health care personnel; train new staff members; serve as clinical instructor for senior level students; and facilitate new program development.
