Shift Information: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE). Compliant with state regulatory requirements.
Experience: One (1+) year in acute, swingbed/skilled nursing and/or outpatient settings.
