Requirements

Experience

Travel experience is preferred.

12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

MS or Rehab RN- Aspirus Wausau

• Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours per week

every other weekend and holiday rotation

• Float Requirements: To any inpatient unit. May be required to float to other Aspirus locations to include Merrill, Antigo, Medford and Stanley.

• On Call/Call Back Requirements: NA

• Minimum Experience: 1 Year Medical Surgical Rehab experience (a plus but not required) - OR - nurses with M/S background

• Required Skillset: Rehab Knowledge

• Primary Cases; Stroke, Trauma, Debility, amputation, Cardiac

• Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio):12 beds Inpatient Rehab Patient Ratio 1:4-1:6 PM 1:8 Nights

• Scrub Colors: any

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
