12 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Behavioral Health - Required

Mixed Shifts: Days & Nights - It is a mixture of 7A & 7P shifts. The shift may change per week.

Orientation is weekly, on Mondays

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

• Weekend Hours: Every Other/As Needed.

• Call Requirements: As Needed.

CPI/HWC

• Float Requirements: As needed.

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult – Geriatric.

• Must & Preferred Have Skills/Experience: Previous BH/Psych Nursing experience.

• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Depression, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality, Autism Spectrum, Anxiety.

• Required Education: Licensure/certification required to work as an RN in Pennsylvania.

• Scrub Color: Any color or pattern of travelers choosing. • Any unacceptable attire: No casual wear.
