Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Michigan license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
NIHSS (Preferred)

Additional Details:

Open to 48 hours.

Must have 2 years recent relevant ICU experience.

Tele certified or competency (need to be able to read a monitor).

Can be pulled every 4 to MICU, NICU, SICU, TCU, PRCU, 2ST, CVC (all ICUs and stepdowns).

Patient ratios: 1:1 1:2 in ICUs TCU 1:3 PRCU 1:2 2ST and CVC 1:4 potential extension to 1:6 if necessary.

Required Education: -Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Preferred Education: -Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
