Travel Nurse (RN) - Home Health

RN for Adult Home Health

Weekend: Minimum every other weekend

Every Friday - required

This candidate will need to manage a caseload of 22-28 clients and will be expected to do 6-7 units per day (which will be a mixture of routine visits, admissions, re-certifications and discharges)

Monday - Sunday

Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday.

No block schedules for any reason.

Public Transportation is not accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.

Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November - April.

Orientation: 2 - 3 days

Dress Code: Business casual or any color scrubs, Shoes: closed, non-skid

Self-Scheduling: Yes, within guidelines and needs of department

Weekend Requirements: Currently Sat/Sun a month w/ 2 days to comp during week

Call Requirements: No

Holiday Requirements: If needed

Patient Types: Cardiac, pulmonary, diabetes, wound care, post-surgery, orthopedics, neurological impairment, palliative care, dementia, CVA, SCI, COPD, Parkinsons, ostomy, catheters, MVA, etc.

Patient Population: 30 - 100
